Identity

Name, ticker and supply are written into the contract itself. Everything else lives off-chain and can be changed later.

Tax

A tax is charged only when trading against a liquidity pool you register. Wallet-to-wallet transfers are never taxed. Both rates and the recipient are fixed at deployment and can never be changed, by anyone.

After deploying you register your liquidity pool once, so the contract knows which counterparty is a pool. Until you do, nothing is taxed at all.

The contract has no mint function, no withdraw function, no pause and no blacklist. The tax rates and the recipient are immutable. The only authority it has is marking which addresses are liquidity pools, and that authority can be renounced.
